【Job Description】
- Oversee all aspects of the spa’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by setting service standards and monitoring performance.
- Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Monitor inventory, cash-flow, staff performance and others.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Develop and manage the spa budget.
- Manage inventory of products, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the spa's services and products.
【Qualification】
- Male or Female
- Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as Spa management/Spa Manager or a similar role in 5-star luxury spas
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
- Computer skills (MS Office), Spa operating systems (Booker), and other operational systems
- Fluent in English and Thai, both spoken and written
- Leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are essential
- Ability to respond to guest and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism
- Ability to effectively and consistently develop and coach front line staff
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Pleasant and positive attitude with a professional and friendly image to guests and colleagues
【Working Hour】
Working 5 days a week, 09.00 - 19.00
