【Job Description】
1) Understand and analyze the BtoB beauty market and generate strategies to expand market of brands.
2) Make idea and plan for promotion campaign and events,
conduct them and evaluate the result.
3) Manage the team members to work effectively based on the strategy and plan to achieve sales target.
4) Solve the internal and external problem with other sections and customers.
5) Assist for recruiting and training the new sales staff."
【Qualification】
- English Business level
- Account sales for 3 years
- Experience of Door-to-door sales (Make appointment and visit) to Nail Salons or beauty salons
to sell beauty products to be used for the services for female clients.
- Basic knowledge of beauty service and products
- Sales skill (Planning, Communication, Negotiation) with service mind.
