【Job Description】
▶Corporate Secretary
- Providing liaison between the MD, key executives, and employees including monitor for administrative function.
- Serving as a secretary of the meeting such as Monthly meeting and Executive Committee meeting.
- Conduct the activities of secretarial jobs with good manners in confidential keeping for the matters of both company and the executives. Correspondence, types, photocopies, maintains files and records, routes mail and makes travel reservations following established procedures
or instructions.
- Carrie out assigned administrative duties to meet executive needs as necessary such as translation of announcements and other communication to employees, etc, when requested by ECPD.
- Responsible for company’s CSR project to promote awareness across organization, coordinate, and work with CSR related function in DS Japan to send the required report such as Environment, Access to Medicine.
- Handle SOP related to corporate secretary such as company seal management
- Clearing expense and allowance for Corporate Credit Card for Managing Director and ECPD as necessary
- Submit the report to DSJ with the Sustainability Department of DS Tokyo, on DSTH social contribution (donation) and the DSTH environment program (contest, e-learning),
- Other related work as assigned by direct boss
▶HR
- Revise and manage HR related Policy and SOP
- HR global project by request such as Human right, BCP etc.
- Conduct e-learning in Altos system as per request.
- Handling 90 days notification, work permit & visa’s application & extension for expatriate’s management.
- Supervise and manage office administration such as maid, driver and messenger to perform their jobs perfectly.
- Coordinate for training course such as training request, course registration; including prepare document for submit to government for certify.
- Support in employee relations activities such as new year party, outing trip, company meeting, communications, etc.
- Other related work as assigned by direct boss
【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or other related field
- At lease 1 – 2 years’ working experience.
- Having basic knowledge in Pharma industry is advantage
- Good command in English
- Good interpersonal skills and service-mind
- Be able, be creative to propose solution for business to do activities in a compliance way
