【Job Description】
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with Thai Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Manage the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances between actual results and budgeted figures
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial control and efficiency
- Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
- Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives

-35-50 years old
-Those who have experience of working as Accounting & Finance position at the management level in IPO companies
-Those who have CPD license
