【Job Description】
- Support sales channel with internal sales function, such as issuing inter-company sale order to suppliers, sale invoices to customers, follow up with suppliers, forwarders & customers until successfully delivery at customer place.
- Prepare & maintain all the sales & revenue data
- Arrange quotations mainly for service department (spare, wear parts and service charges)
- Arrange quotations for machines from the defined easy formats.
- Support sales teams for marketing activities
- Prepare monthly sales reports and sales data
- Issue Sales report & logistic cost each month
- Arrange forwarder & support incoming shipments until customer door
- Inventory control
- Follow-up with customers on payment status (SOA)
- Assisting operational topics related to office facility (administration)
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external requirements
- Support customers
- Open for the additional responsibilities to support team

【Qualification】
- Bachelor degree
- It is good if have Business Administration or related to logistic
- 3-5 years experiences in internal sales & customer service support
- Experience in logistics is preferable
- Business knowledge, languages, MS-Office, etc.
- Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excel skill intermediate or above
- Customer oriented

- Provident fund start at 5% after pass probation, contribution rate will be increased maximum at 10% up to year of service
