【Job Description】
- Designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes involving Die-Cut Thermal Interface machining
- Machine set-up, trial and finetune the best condition for production machines
- Preparation of the SOP, WI, Check sheet, Form record and other document
- Coordinate with production team for daily work arrangement and long-term performance improvement plan and work closely with the production team
- Provide analysis and reporting on the machine performance
- Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
- Implement projects for the reduction and the continuous improvement of the Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety (QCDS)
- Preparation of the SOP, WI, Check sheet, Form record and other document.
- Die-Cut Thermal Interface machine spare parts control.
- Ensure that the Company Health, Safety, and Environment policy as well as relevant safety legislation are observed and followed
- Ensuring smoothly of the day-to-day communication towards all entities

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Die-Cut Thermal Interface Materials
- Good knowledge and experience in tooling, equipment, materials and quality
- Strong knowledge in machine, parameter adjustment, and familiar with operation development
- Able to use drawing tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Work (both drawing and reading)
- Good presentation skill, project management, process control and statistical analysis
- Strong on analytical skill, problem solving skill and communication skill
- Initiative thinking, can do attitude and result driven
- Good command of English both written and spoken
