【Job Description】
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and various devices.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices by aligning all platforms and policies.
Administer and uphold the integrity of the network system, internet connectivity, LAN, servers, and mail server.
- Conduct routine checks on network infrastructure, software applications, computers, laptops, servers, printers, licenses, and antivirus systems daily.
- Provide support for starting up of ERP system end users utilizing
- Install and set up computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and systems.
- Oversee day-end processes, implement data backup strategies, and manage recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT of HQ to communicate and clarify complex issues as required.
【Qualification】
[Must]
-Age : Up to 38
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT support roles, help desk, or technical support positions.
- Can communicate in English (Internal conversation with Japanese are in English
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Knowledge of computer networks, LAN, and server administration.
- Experience with configuring and maintaining software applications and systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their support.
- Competence in installing and setting up computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners, etc.
- Understanding of security best practices and the ability to align systems and policies accordingly.
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery processes.
** Advantage
- Having experience in manufacturing company (Japanese company will be the plus)
【Allowance & Benefit】
- Salary Package : Base 22,000 -28,500 + Position 1,300 (Other allowance 1500)
* Other allowances are Phone and meal support.
