- Obtain experience about Winding business is advantage.
- Highly interested in Automotive and Electrical components markets.
- Self-motivation.
- Good mindset of leader.
- Ba able to work independently and be confidence to express/share a new idea.
- Sense of teamwork.
- Fluent speaking skill of Japanese language is a must (from N3-level is acceptable).
- Be able to communicate in Thai or English.
