【Job Description】
■ Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including order processing, preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries.
- Coordinate between sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure efficient communication.
- Prepare and update sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Support in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
■ Order Management:
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Follow up with clients regarding order status, payments, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure smooth coordination of shipments and deliveries in collaboration with logistics teams.
- Manage Sales Forecast and balance stock
■ Import/Export Coordination:
- Manage the end-to-end process of international shipments, including import and export procedures.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and handle documentation related to shipping, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.
- Monitor shipments, clearances, and logistics to avoid delays.
■ Client Relationship Management:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer queries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
- Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints by coordinating with relevant departments.
■ Administrative Duties:
- Maintain organized records of sales documents, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of sales reports for management review.
- Support in organizing sales events, meetings, and conferences.
【Qualification】
- Age 20-30s
- Gender : Any
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
** Advantage if have experience with exposure to import/export procedures
- Knowledge of customs clearance processes and international trade regulations
- BOI knowledge and processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Vlookup) and
** Advantage if have ERP or CRM, sales management systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between departments and customers
- Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and resolve issues in a
fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling documentation and managing timelines for
imports/exports and orders
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across teams
