【Job Description】
- Identify potential OEM clients and build targeted sales strategies for new automotive models.
- Develop market-entry strategies by analyzing competitor models, pricing, and market trends to maximize market share.
- Establish long-term client relationships to drive recurring business and meet strategic sales goals.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with OEM clients to understand specific needs and technical requirements.
- Align model features and customization options to meet client expectations and ensure competitive advantage.
- Provide feedback to internal product and design teams to inform product development.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including initial outreach, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as R&D and production, to align project timelines with client demands.
- Regularly update sales pipeline and forecasts to provide accurate revenue projections to management.
- Ensure client satisfaction by following up on delivered models, addressing concerns, and providing after-sales support.
- Gather client feedback for continuous improvement of product quality and customer experience.
- Build loyalty by offering innovative solutions and customized offerings that meet evolving OEM needs.
【Qualification】
- Male or Female
- Not over 45 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in OEM sales or a related role within the automotive industry.
- In-depth understanding of automotive manufacturing and industry standards.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and relevant local language.
- Proficiency in sales management software (e.g., CRM systems) and MS Office Suite.
