【Job Description】
- Lead supplier audits and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Analyze manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Supervise ICT/FCT and environmental testing processes, and analyze results
- Respond promptly to quality issues as they arise
- Lead quality meetings with suppliers
- Oversee quality management across the global supply chain (currently focusing on Thailand and China)

【Qualification】
- PCBA Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)
- Quality Management: Strong knowledge of quality management practices and hands-on experience
- Statistical Methods: Understanding and application of statistical methods such as SPC and CPK
- Defect Analysis & Improvement: Proven experience in analyzing manufacturing defects and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Supplier Audits: Experience in conducting supplier audits and driving improvement activities with both domestic and international suppliers
- Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- English Proficiency: Business-level English skills for communication with overseas suppliers
- Global Experience: Experience working in global environments, including willingness to travel internationally
