【Job Description】
Management
-Pursue the division and section policy.
-Establish and execute operation plan based on division policy.
-Control operation and supervise implementation in responsible section.
-Prepare the budget plan of the section, supervise implementation, submit approval document for expense.
-Report to the superiors that organization, job description and personnel change in the section.
-Evaluate personnel performance in the department.
-Report to superiors operation output and other information for management plan and audit.
-Approve and control absence/leave of section members.
-Manage complain from section members and motivate them higher.
-Inform management policy, division policy, company order and announcement, company regulation, Law and Ordinances to members and supevize their fulfillment.
-Supervise and control all members of the division, planing and proceeding training for senior staff.
-Control facility, equipments and supplies and prevent accident in the section area.
Operation
-Summarize sales data for GM to set up sales budget, sales target and sales strategy.
-Execute to get new business and customer.
-Review new customers enquiries and quotations.
-Control new project budget.
-Review product price.
-Negotiation commercial issue with customer's management level.
-Pursue to achieve customer satifaction level.
-Present sales result and commercial information in monthly manager meeting.
【Qualification】
-35-45 years old (both men and women)
-Experience in automotive parts industry
-Quote, negotiate, and closing with customers
-Able to develop internal and external needs
-Able to think and make proposals on your own
-Initially hired as a manager, aiming to become GM, Director in the future
-Japanese (N2 to N3) and English speaker
-Degree or equivalent in engineering or marketing background with a minimum of 7 years sales and marketing experience.
-Good understanding of English
-TRAINING NEED:
ISO/IATF 16949 requirements (Contract Review, Customer Satisfaction, APQP & Team Feasibility Study).
ISO 14001 requirements.
[Preferable Skill]
-Knowledge of injection molding paint process
