【Job Description】
-Sales and Customer Engagement:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Conduct sales presentations and technical discussions to promote company products and services.
-Technical Support and Consultation:
Provide technical advice to customers, helping them select suitable products and solutions.
Interpret customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Liaise with internal technical teams to ensure product compatibility and issue resolution.
-Market Research and Strategy:
Research market trends, competitors, and potential customer needs.
Develop sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and plans to management.
-Project Management and Coordination:
Oversee the execution of sales projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to manage product supply.
Monitor and report on project status, customer feedback, and post-sales support needs.
-Training and Development:
Stay updated on new product offerings, industry innovations, and technical developments.
-Conduct training sessions for customers and staff to improve product understanding.
【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineer is preferred).
-1-2 years of experience in sales or technical roles and working as an employee of the company.
-Strong understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, or related products.
-Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and diagrams.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
-Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
-Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
-Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-Willingness to travel within Thailand as required.
-A valid driver's license is a plus. Or it can be motorbike license.
【Allowance & Benefit】
-Transportation allowance 2,000THB
-Over Time
-Travel allowance 7THB / KM.
-Commission up on sales result.
-Car Driving license
-Probation period: 90 days
-Bonus(Depending on the result of the company)
【Working Hour】
-Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30
Saturday depending on the job but we will pay OT or change to the day off.
