【Job Description】
■ESG Consultant
- Calculation and analysis of GHG (Greenhouse Gas) emissions
- Development and implementation support of ESG strategies
- Communication with clients
- Monitoring and reporting on market trends
- Conducting training sessions and workshops
■Customer Support Manager
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding ESG and GHG calculations
- Troubleshooting software-related issues
- Providing online or in-person training sessions
- Guiding data management and reporting methods
- Maintaining regular communication and collecting feedback to improve customer satisfaction
- Preparing regular reports on support activities
- Optimizing processes

【Qualification】
- Work Experience in ESG Field: Minimum 2–3 years.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to conduct business communication in both Thai and English.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in data analysis and report preparation.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients and team members.
- Relevant Tool Experience: Familiarity with ESG/GHG calculation software or data management tools is preferred.
