【Job Description】
- As the lead lawyer, guide junior lawyers to complete various legal service tasks and meet clients' legal service
needs.
- Participate in improving the law firm's business management system and formulating business operation procedures.
- Control business risks and participate in improving the law firm's risk management system.
- Other tasks assigned by the law firm from time to time.

【Qualification】
- Male or Female, age 35 - 45 years
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law
- Must speak English fluently and if can speak Chinese will be advantage.
- Must have Lawyer’s Certificate
- Have experience working in Lawyer over 7 years (this condition can be relaxed for those with outstanding abilities)..
- Proficient in the provisions of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Foreign Business Act, Labor Act and
other laws and regulations, as well as the regulatory policies of government departments such as the Board of
Investment (BOI) and the Industrial Estates Authority of Thailand (IEAT), capable of helping foreign clients
understand and comply with these laws when establishing or expanding their business in Thailand, including proposing practical legal solutions.
- Capable of providing advice and services on a range of corporate matters for clients, including company
registration, equity structure design, FBL/FBC application, land and property purchase, construction
and operation permits, legal due diligence, business compliance, labor and employment compliance and other compliance legal services.
