【Job Description】
-Work with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and overall team goals (collaborate with team members and members of other departments).
-Support sales-rep (Japanese) team with documented discovery, solution validation, standard and customized demonstrations, proof of concept/value, and actions to advance and close sales-rep in some issues.
-Communicate with the management team regularly.
-Prepare reports using internal and external to present actionable information and insights to team members and management.
-Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively with sale-rep collaboration.
-Collect data from sales reports for analysis.
-Prepare, analyze, and summarize various weekly, monthly, and periodic operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts.
-Act as a liaison between staff and management, analyzing and interpreting data involving company procedures, policies, and workflows.
-Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Remark: This Department is responsible for supporting and addressing the needs of auto parts manufacturers.
【Qualification】
-Any gender 29 - 40 years old
-Have own car
-Bachelor's degree or above
-5 years of related experience in sales or marketing, especially international trade
-Fluent English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
-Good attitude toward teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently
-Open mind
-Reacting quickly to situations in context and adjusting presentations quickly
-Building strong relationships with internal and external customers
-Experienced in sales & marketing data analysis and price analysis
-Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
-Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
-The energetic personality who enjoys working with people and helping customers
-ISO9001 knowledge is the advantage
【Allowance & Benefit】
-A car maintenance allowance of 5,000 Baht per month will be provided.
-A mobile phone and AIS SIM card will be issued for use during out-of-office activities and to ensure availability for customer or office communication, both during and outside normal working hours.
-Fuel expenses incurred while visiting customers or conducting business activities will be reimbursed at a rate of 4.50 Baht per kilometer.
-Tollway and parking fees will be reimbursed in full upon submission of valid receipts.
-A Class 1 car insurance policy is required. The maximum car insurance premium eligible for reimbursement is capped at 25,000 THB per year, based on the base calculation for support. The company's portion of the insurance premium will be reimbursed to each Sales Representative in proportion to the average actual mileage used for sales activities compared to the total actual mileage of the car.

-Normal Working Days: Monday to Friday
3 Flexible Working Hours 8:00 - 16:30 hrs / 08:30 - 17:00 hrs / 09:00 - 17:30 hrs
Rest Periods 12:00 - 13:00 hrs
