【Job Description】
- Team Oversight: Manage and develop the entire sales team for optimal performance.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute strategic plans to achieve clear sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Value Communication: Effectively communicate product value through proposals and presentations, emphasizing negotiation skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understand foundry and surface treatment businesses to better meet customer needs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support sales initiatives and team development.

【Qualification】
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in Japanese to effectively interact in a diverse business environment.
- Engineering Background: Degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field to ensure technical understanding.
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and manage objections effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present effectively to executives and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Quick decision-making and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
