【Job Description】
- Make Document such as Agreement, Invoice, Receipt, etc.
- Prepare room for move in (Check room, take photo of furniture, arrange fix or cleaning room)
- Check for room move out (Room restoration work)
- Accounting work and Other Paper works
【Qualification】
- Can speak, writing and read in English (Intermediate level~)
- Japanese Conversational Middle level (Level N3~)
- Require work experience such as admin job or sales support or customer support job in any industry at least 1-2years~ (if have) or Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Negotiation such as communication skill & Problem-Solving skill.
- Polite, diligent and good human relations
- Ambitious and who can think for themselves and carry out their duties
