【Job Description】
• Responsible for the HR strategic planning and management, including recruitment, training, organization development, performance evaluation, benefit and welfare of all employees
• Coordinate with management and implement company’s regulations to staffs by efficient communications ways
• Nurture a positive working environment. Maintain a good relationship between employees and the company
• Solving the problem for both company side and employee side.
• Handle calculation of Payroll& Bonus for employees,
• Handle process and payment for Social Security, Provident fund, Student Loan, etc.
• Coordinate and Conduct Recruitment process with management. Execute orientation for new staff
• Control and monitor of all expat staffs’ VISA, Work Permit, 90-Day report and payroll.
• Handle submission annual reports of BOI re-monitoring, etc.
• Control and monitor of company’s maid and drivers
• Update and inform all necessary information to staffs by sending notification, issuance of announcement via email, Monday’ Briefing, etc.
• Conduct Monthly Meeting and prepare meeting materials such as Minutes of Meeting, etc.
• Plan the useful and efficient trainings for all sections
• Plan and control Yearly budget of HR& GA by coordinating with management.
• Plan and handle Company’s Outing, New Year Party, Health check-up, etc.
• Other supports to MD as assigned HR& GA Manager
【Qualification】
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Aged 35-50
• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in HR experience
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Payroll, Social Security, Visa& Work Permit, BOI
• Good command in English (speaking, writing, listening), Japanese N2 or above (a must)
• Good command in MS Offices
• Good interpersonal skill, management skill, well-organized, initiative, service, decision making skill and problem-solving skill
• Can work under pressure
