【Job Description】
- Professionally handle incoming calls (answering, screening and forwarding calls)
- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mails
- To manage car parking sticker and access card to employee
- Assist our team members in day-to-day operational tasks
- Maintain day to day office administrative operations to ensure that the office functions smoothly
- Maintain the office environment in being perfect condition e.g. cleanliness, repair & change of out of order of office subjects.
- Maintain a presentable and workable reception area
- Coordinate with other section, especially for the issues in the scope of assigned responsibility as Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies as deemed necessary
【Qualification】
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Service-minded and cheerful attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills and able to multi-task
- Good command of English
