【Job Description】
- Facilitate communication and document translation between the Thai development team and Japanese teams/clients.
- Accurately convey technical inquiries and responses between Japanese clients and the development team.
- Support "Mandala AI" platform training, manage training sessions, and regularly update FAQs.
- Address technical issues, collaborate with the development team, and propose improvements. ex) UI/UX etc
- Customize platform UI and materials to align with Japanese cultural and business practices.
- Support technical sales activities, including product demos and marketing materials creation.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Female
- Age: 26-35 years old
- Those people who are interested in Technology, IT and AI
- Business level of Japanese or upper level
- Strong communication and coordination skills and flexibility
- Experience in project management or sales support is a plus.
