【Job Description】
-Responsible for general personnel affairs including administration, general affairs, and environmental safety.
-Responsible for formulating the system's work goals, tasks and plans. Inspect and supervise the implementation of the plans, and evaluate the realization of the goals.
-Prepare and implement the management system manual, program files and management system.
-Organize and manage the administrative system work meetings, and supervise the implementation of the meetings and the results.
-Participate in the formulation and announcement of the company's personnel, administrative policies and systems, and guide and promote their implementation.
-Familiarize the company's strategies and annual business goals, and promote the implementation of the company's level goals by transforming them into annual goals for each department.
-Establish the company's human resources management system and promote its implementation and maintenance (organizational construction, compensation, performance management)
-Lead the work of the department to implement continuous improvement.
-Organize various cultural and sports activities to enrich the leisure life of employees.
-Appointment and dismissal management: Employee recruitment; New employee joining procedures, procedures for converting to permanent employment; Employee social security, handling of work-related accidents; Auditing employee transfers and promotions, and implementation after approval; Handling employee leave, retirement, and paid leave; Handling employee leave, retirement, and paid leave; Creating company systems
-Remuneration management: Creating and improving the remuneration management system; Employee attendance statistics, employee vacation and work registration processing; Creating and paying employee salaries
-Education and training management: Creating and implementing education plans; Induction training for new employees; Conducting training tests, evaluating the effectiveness of training, etc.
【Qualification】
-Experienced more than 3 years of Adim/HR
-Bachelor Degree up (Major in Business Management, Accounting, HR etc.)
-Educated in Management, Phycology, PR, Sociology, HR, ACC etc
-Required high level of knowledge, a broad range of knowledge, reasonable knowledge results, and a general and thorough understanding of administrative expertise.
-Required advanced administrative management concepts and administrative management methods, and have strong persuasiveness and insight.
-Required very strong leadership and management abilities, good communication skills, and excellent organizational coordination and analytical abilities.
-Required ISO knowledge (ISO9001 and TS16949)
-Knowledge about national laws and regulations, be familiar with the various provisions of labor laws and company systems, and have management skills such as human resource planning, recruitment, and wages in modern enterprises.
