【Job Description】
- Operation, monitoring network as an Out-Sourcing engineer.
- Check Ticket & Send request configure NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG) to Vendor and report to User
- Problem management NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG)
- Coordinate with all related party for installation LAN and Hardware
- Document management (NW Diagram, NW Equipment list, QA check Result, Announcement)
- Monitoring NW(L3SW, L2SW, AP, WLC, CUCM, VG)
- Submit FW request to Vendor follow User Template

【Qualification】
-Thai nationality only.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
-At least experience more 1 year in Network Operation or/and monitoring.
-Able to communicate in Thai and English.
-Strong knowledge in NW (Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto networks, Juniper, HP Aruba) etc.
-Having a growth mindset attitude.
-Having open-minded attitude.

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Transportation allowance: 1,500 THB/month (actual expenses reimbursed)
-Communication allowance: 1,000 THB/month (actual expenses reimbursed)
-Medical assistance: 5,000 THB/year (actual expenses reimbursed)
-Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month of basic salary, paid once a year
-Salary Increment: At least once a year

【Working Hour】
Monday - Friday (8.00-17.00) follow User Calender
Note: There is some working day in Saturday for long holiday
