- Selecting the location and property for a new store
- Obtaining the necessary legal procedures and licenses
- Calculating and managing development costs
- Coordinating construction and design
- Market research for the region and target demographic
- Organizing and supporting business processes
- Supporting store layout and interior design
- Risk management (Market, competition, other risk)

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Experience of store development (Retail Store such as 7-11, Lotus, BIG-C)
- Able to plan strategy
