O&M Engineer Assistant Manager (Solar Business)

【Job Description】
- Coordinate with internal and external parties (50+ people) for timely customer feedback in both international and domestic business.
- Supervise 6-7 electricians with strong communication skills, even with senior staff.
- Manage documentation for landlords to ensure proper maintenance services based on customer requirements.
- Assist in remote troubleshooting and draft RCA reports for line managers.
- Lead 2-3 subordinates in periodic maintenance and report preparation.
- Ensure subordinates complete maintenance reports, including failure and corrective reports.
- Support after-sales service activities and other tasks assigned by line managers.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Age: 35-40 years old
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in O&M Solar Industry
(Possess Plant operation or plant monitoring background at least 3 years is a must.)
- Business level of English
