【Job Description】
-Planning and Supervision of Operations
-Develop and prepare daily production plans.
-Ensure the readiness of workforce, machinery, raw materials, and production equipment.
-Supervise and monitor production activities to meet daily production targets in terms of quantity and quality.
-Coordinate with relevant departments for machinery and equipment maintenance.
-Improvement and Development of Operational Efficiency
-Collaborate with the Quality Department to set product quality targets.
-Train and develop staff to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills per company standards.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age 30-40 Years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
-At least 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisor position
-Strong management and leadership skills.
-Experience in painting/coating processes will be an advantage
-Experience in CNC is preferred; however, candidates with experience in printing or varnishing are also acceptable.
-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
