【Job Description】
- Process payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct training programs for employees, manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Handle the recruitment process, make a strategy to get a suitable candidate by coordinating with agencies to conduct an interview, etc.
- Manage compensation & benefits as well as attendance of employee
- Coordinating externally such as Social Security Fund, Thai Labour Law, VISA and Work Permit, Department of Skill Development, The Revenue Department, etc.
- Support some admin tasks
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
【Qualification】
- Age 26-32 years old
- Bachelor degree in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- Proven experience as HR at least 2 years
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Thai Labor Laws, SSO, Department of Skill Development, PDPA, Safety and Environment, Company regulation, disciplinary procedures, etc.
- Meticulous attention to details and logical communication skills
- Strong conceptual and logical reasoning skills to develop concrete or alternative solutions to complex problems
- Good command in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC score is preferable)
- Self-starter and proactive personality
- Ethical integrity and good understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other software
