【Job Description】
- Negotiate with sellers for property purchases and with buyers for sales transactions.
- Value the property based on the system established by the company
- Negotiate the price with sellers who want to sell their property (almost Thai customer)
- Sell the property to buyers who want to buy house (almost Thai customer)
- Respond to customer inquiries both seller and buyer

【Qualification】
- Any Gender
- 25～40 years old
- Japanese speaker (conversation level or more)
- Need working experience more than 2 years
- No need experience as sales
- No need experience in real estate industry
- Need driving license
- Better to have own car

【Allowance & Benefit】
- SSO
- Commission
- Gasoline allowance (reimbursed based on actual expenses)

【Working Hour】
- 9:00～17:00 (Shift-based work)
- Off day : 2days/ week
- Occasional customer communication outside of regular working hours via Line, Facebook
