【Job Description】
-Develop and advance the sales opportunity for bulk industrial gas sales for industrial segments, manage the project execution, and support of growth objectives.
-Identify and develop new prospects for industrial gas usage on their operations, equipment, and end markets served. Focus on prospects operating in growth markets and in geographies of priority for the company in Thailand.
-Analyze prospects and customers’ processes to identify new or more efficient usage of industrial gases. Diagnose and trouble-shoot process and equipment problems in customers’ facilities.
-Engage marketing and lead generation teams to develop a broader opportunity in regions and applications
-Demonstrate the company’s applications technologies in customers’ facilities, proving the benefits of industrial gases in customer processes. Work side by side with customer operations staff during trials and start-ups.
-Identify the economic benefits of the company’s technologies to increase production, enhance product quality, lower the customers’ cost, and reduce energy consumption (carbon footprint) and emissions.
-Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Corporate Planning to manage tenders (RFIs/RFPs) and ensure seamless execution.
-Provide feedback to the subsegment business development and global research and development teams regarding industry needs (economic, regulatory, process flexibility, etc.).
-Guide the development of new applications.
-Work with customers and internal groups in advanced technology, computational modeli-ng, and marketing to develop technical papers and marketing materials that showcase modeling or lab/field demonstration of the company’s offerings.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and fabricators to ensure timely quotations and proposals, enabling prompt compilation and preparation to meet customer deadlines.
【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
-Engineering or relevant field with > 5 years’ experience in process engineering role can be considered.
-2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Metals or Chemical Processing industry, preferably in process engineering in the steel, non-ferrous, glass, chemical, petrochemical, and/or general manufacturing industries.
-Technical sales experience.
-Solid background in the following disciplines: fluid mechanics and thermodynamics is desired.
-Knowledge in process control system (components and basic design)
-Experience in project management is desired.
-Able to work proactively and effectively across functions and levels, both internally and externally
-Strong planning and organisational skills
-Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to provide clear, factual and relevant information in written form.
-Excellent English speaking & writing skill
-Technology and net-savvy, proficient in modelling software (i.e. AutoCad, Inventor or SolidWorks)
