【Job Description】
- Issue purchase orders (PO) to suppliers, including domestic and overseas (e.g., Japan, China)
- Follow up on delivery confirmations and arrange suitable delivery schedules
- Coordinate and share delivery information across departments
- Seek new suppliers as per manager requests
- Handle shipping documents:
- Prepare commercial and customs invoices
- Create packing lists
- Check and confirm bill of lading
- Coordinate with external agents per payment conditions
- Track shipping documents from forwarders
- Share all shipping documents and images with dealers
- Manage import and export activities:
- Coordinate with forwarders for shipment and container loading
- Liaise with factory and shipment departments
- Verify shipment schedules from forwarders
- Communicate with overseas customers via email and phone
【Qualification】
- Thai female age not over 30 years old
- Bachelor in the field of Management, Business Administration or Marketing
- Work experience in the relate field at least 1 year
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Good command in English
- Flexible and hands on proactive to job responsibilities
- Positive attitude and punctuality
- Experience with SAP systems and trade practices is preferred
