【Job Description】
- Oversee time and action for all styles in development stage, ensuring any issue is communicated and find solutions.
- Manage team to ensure samples will be sent on a timely manner.
- Identify areas to increase development speed, efficiency, and quality
- Work with other team members to facilitate agreement and reconcile differences
- Encourage and support open expressions of varying opinions and alternate course of actions

【Qualification】
- Experience in design and develop products
- 3 years management experience
- Keep written, verbal, and electronic communication skills, flexible and adaptable to change.
