【Job Description】
- Manage accounting department, reports to management
- Monthly / annual financial statements
- Tax support
- Financial institution support, account review
- Audit corporation support
(+α) Implement of new Accounting software

【Qualification】
　- Age 30s～45
　- Can use MRP or ERP
　- Experience in Japanese manufacturing (preferable in food industry)
　- Cost calculation
　- Finance & Tax
　‐ CPD license
** As for the candidate without CPD license, they are also open for hiring an experienced staff member who is well-versed in accounting operations for Japanese manufacturing companies

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Social Insurance
- Transportation: actual rate
- Meal allowance
- Phone allowance
- Bonus: once a year (Probably: now they haven't decided yet ka)

【Working Hour】
8:00-17:00
Basically Mon-Fri
(** Based on their company regulation, they have Saturday work, but actually they didn't have any in 2025.
There is slight possibility to have some Saturday work depends on the production, however it will be required for the production/quality engineers not for back office)
