【Job Description】
• Actively working towards achieving the Design Win Targets of the Power Device Products such as SiC devices / SiC Modules / Si devices (IGBT, SJ MOS and LV MOS) / IPMs in Thailand.
• Technical support to direct customers, distribution customers and design-houses to enable rapid adoption of ROHM products.
• Working dedicatedly on joint development projects with customers as and when needed.
• Working closely with Sales/Marketing, Distribution, Application Engineers in other regions to achieve the targets & collaborate.
• Performing technical analysis of circuits/boards to resolve issues or meet customers’ criteria or benchmarking against competitors’ products.
• Working on proof of concepts/demonstrators/reference solutions to support customers & build system knowledge.
• Capturing & feeding the regional requirements, product issues/fixes &improvement ideas to Headquarters (Power Devices Business Unit) through Regional Centre or directly.
• Preparing the training material & conducting technical trainings, workshops and seminars in Thailand.
• Preparing presentations, technical documents, application notes, etc.
• Troubleshooting on application level and propose effective solutions with application engineers and device engineers.

【Qualification】
• Female or Male, Thai nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience more than 3 years.
• Field Application Engineer for semiconductor devices.
• Technical support and proposal by using SPICE simulation.
• Understanding of semiconductor process flow, device physics, and Electronics components.
• Good command of English (TOEIC min. 750 / want 800 or above) is required and if can speak Japanese, the company will consideration.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Must have driver’s license and own car.

【Working Hour】
Monday to Friday and flexible time working hours (8 hrs./day)
