【Job Description】
- ​To achieve company target, business growth and expansion by efficient, productive, and accurate data and visualize drive to decision making and solution in short term and long term.
- Collecting data from various sources to generate quickly and accuracy data, report, and visualize to making predictions and recommendations
- Streamlining data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use routines
- Analyzing collected data and putting it into a simple format and understandable that others can easily interpret
- Interpreting data trends and patterns to analysis and finding bottle neck and provide appropriate action or initiative creative solution with Logical thinking
- Work closely with business development and marketing team to develop strategy and solution for better customer experience with high sales conversion and determine areas of improvement in relation to data

【Qualification】
- Bachelor degree with >2 years experience Data analyst.
- Special Qualifications : High-level in Microsoft Excel, Power Query, SQL, BI, Data Management (prefer Python knowledge)
- Work experience as Data Analyst or in a related field (prefer industrial, manufacturing, e-commerce or B2B field)
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple tasks to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to analyze and define measures of success and failure, report and solution recommendations
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, data-driven thinking and communication
- Passion in marketing and business development area
- Willing-to-learn attitude and be proactive
- Results-oriented and a good team player
- Comfortable to work in dynamic environment and open for change
- Good command of spoken and written in English
