【Job Description】
Production Planning
-Make annual plans for production, machinery and manpower.
-Plan the use of manpower in line with production plans.

Production Control
-Control production to meet the planned quantity and deliver on time.
-Monitor the production process and the performance of employees to work efficiently.
-Provide advice and solve on-site problems for employees in the Production Department.
-Coordinate with relevant departments involved in planning design, store, purchase and transport to ensure production according to plan.
-Control the company's costs, quality, waste and system standards.
-Improvement and Development of Work Efficiency
-Improve productivity and work efficiency to reduce costs and increase productivity.
-Collaborate with the Process Improvement team to bring new innovations to improve the production process.
-Collaborate with the Quality team to prepare production quality standards to reduce defects in the production process.
-Develop a skill development plan for production staff to have knowledge and expertise according to the standards set by

【Qualification】
-Male Age 35-45 Years old
-Education Background : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
-At least 5 years experience in Engineer and Production line Management
-Experience in the Automobile industry or small electronics parts factory
-Good command of English for conversation or TOEIC 750 is plus
