【Job Description】
1.Process Design and Optimization:
-Explore and implement cool new technologies and manufacturing processes.
-Take a close look at how we currently do things and suggest ways to make them even better.
2.Project Management:
-Lead exciting industrialization projects from start to finish.
-Work closely with teams across design, quality, and production to make things happen.
3.Quality Control:
-Be a problem-solver! Dive into root cause analysis and fix quality issues.
-Supplier and Vendor Management:
-Create clear specs for new machines.
-Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure everything arrives on time.
4.Training and Development:
-Share your knowledge! Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
5.Reporting and Documentation:
-Keep track of all the changes and improvements we make.
-Prepare updates and reports for management to show how projects are progressing.

【Qualification】
-Male Age 30-40 Years old
-Education Background : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
-Experience in machine development and industrialization.
-A technical or engineering background.
-Someone who’s creative, proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
-Strong English skills (this is a must).
