【Job Description】
-Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues they encounter with hardware or software
-Resolving common technical problems or escalating them to higher levels of support as needed.
-Ensuring systems are functioning properly by monitoring and maintaining operational systems, networks.
-Identifying and resolving potential issues before they affect users.
-Running tests to ensure everything works smoothly, and maintaining updates and patches.
-Communicating with external vendors for troubleshooting
-Creating accounts for new staff, assign permissions, and helping with first-time login setups.
-Ensuring employees understand the login process and can access the resources they need.

【Qualification】
-Male/Female Age 25-28 years old
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineer, Computer Sceince, Information Technology. or related fields.
-Experience 1-3 years
-Good command in English
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Excellent problem-solving, analytical including Root-cause identification skills
-Adaptability
-Problem solving
-Logical thinking
-Service mind
-Management Skill

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Transportation fee 1,200 baht / month
