【Job Description】
- Support production control & create a report
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily production activities to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Support the factory manager in managing and optimizing production workflows
- Track inventory levels and coordinate materials procurement to avoid shortages
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in implementing and improving production processes for greater efficiency
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance) to ensure production targets are met
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and work to resolve any problems that arise
- Support the management of factory personnel, including training and scheduling
- Participate in quality control processes to maintain product standards
- Help in the implementation of cost reduction strategies without compromising quality

【Qualification】
-Those who have engineering background
-Prefer those who have experience in production control especially in automotive industry
