【Job Description】
∙ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the automotive sector.
∙ Identify and build relationships with key customers, dealerships, and distributors.
∙ Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
∙ Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
∙ Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
∙ Deliver impactful presentations to clients, partners, and internal teams.
∙ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
∙ Collaborate with R&D and product teams for successful product launches and promotions.
∙ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
∙ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while meeting deadlines and targets.
【Qualification】
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
∙ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∙ Strong understanding of automotive sales, B2B, and dealership networks.
∙ Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
∙ Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.
∙ Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
∙ Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions.
∙ Proficiency in CRM system management and Microsoft Office Suite.
∙ Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing market.
∙ Willingness to travel as needed.
