【Job Description】
∙ Develop and implement production plans to ensure timely and efficient output.
∙ Monitor and evaluate production performance to meet quality and safety standards.
∙ Analyze production data and provide regular reports to management.
∙ Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.
∙ Lead, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance.
∙ Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

【Qualification】
∙ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineer, Production Engineer, Polymer Engineering or related field.
∙ 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, especially in automotive industry.
∙ At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager.
∙ At least 3 years of experience with non-woven products and applications is required.
∙ Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle high-pressure working conditions.
∙ Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
∙ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∙ Good command of English and computer literacy.
∙ Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
