【Job Description】
∙ Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and facilities within the organization.
∙ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
∙ Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
∙ Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure seamless maintenance operations.

【Qualification】
∙ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
∙ At least 10 years of experience in maintenance, especially in industrial businesses.
∙ At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager.
∙ Strong knowledge and expertise in PLC systems.
∙ Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle high-pressure working conditions.
∙ Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
∙ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∙ Good command of English and computer literacy.
∙ Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
