【Job Description】
∙ Lead and oversee new model R&D projects, from concept to mass production, ensuring successful product launches.
∙ Develop and optimize formulations, coatings, and processing techniques for PU, PVC, and non-woven fabrics.
∙ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain) to align R&D efforts with business objectives.
∙ Evaluate and implement new materials and technologies to enhance product durability, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
∙ Ensure compliance with industry and customer standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
∙ Utilize advanced testing equipment and material inspection techniques to ensure quality and performance.
∙ Research market trends and customer requirements to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.
∙ Manage a team of engineers and researchers, providing technical guidance and professional development.
∙ Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure material compatibility and product feasibility.
∙ Prepare and present reports on R&D progress, material performance

【Qualification】
∙ Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
∙ Minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
∙ Strong knowledge of non-woven production processes, including carding, needling, spun bond, and other technologies used in automotive applications.
∙ Proven experience in managing new model projects in a leadership or managerial role, with a focus on product development and integration.
∙ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
∙ Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
∙ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∙ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
∙ Proficiency in ERP systems for R&D data management, production planning, and process tracking.
∙ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
