【Job Description】
- Work in the “Training Program Development & Consulting Department” to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs.
- Prepare training data, develop teaching materials, and prepare equipment for learning activities.
- Conduct training both online and on-site training to clients, organize entertaining and educational activities, and manage the training to be on schedule.
- Stay updated on the latest training methodologies, technologies, and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge training programs.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Transport & Logistics Management, Education/Instructional Technology, Road Safety, Transportation, or other related disciplines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and vehicle inspection & maintenance standards
- Possession of a Certified Road Safety Trainer or Defensive Driving Instructor Certification is a plus
- Fresh Graduated

【Allowance & Benefit】
-Provident fund: Year’s experience less than 5 years = 5%, 5 years up 7.5%, 10 years up 10%
-OPD: 60,000 (2,000 (30 times / year)) / IPD
-Dental Allowance: 3,000/year
