【Job Description】
- Assist Thai factory manager
- Oversee and manage multiple departments, including Manufacturing, Production Control, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Export/Import.
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring efficient and smooth manufacturing processes.
- Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines and optimize output.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee procurement processes, supplier management, and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production.
- Supervise warehousing and logistics, ensuring the proper storage and timely delivery of materials and parts.
- Coordinate international shipments, manage customs clearance, and ensure compliance with export/import regulations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to achieve production targets and resolve issues efficiently.
- Lead and mentor department managers, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management regarding production performance, issues, and progress on improvement initiatives.
