【Job Description】
- Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet customer demand and deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and manage material requirements to ensure timely production
- Collaborate with various departments (engineering, quality control, logistics) to address production issues
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications
- Analyze production data and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality regulations
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, and downtime
- Troubleshoot production problems and resolve issues promptly to minimize delays
- Maintain production schedules and adjust plans based on unforeseen circumstances or changes in demand
