【Job Description】
- Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the customer service and efficiency of the Japanese Division
- Analyze and document business processes and problems.
- Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Coordinate and implement solutions from process analysis and general department projects.
- Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide employee orientation.
- Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
- Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels.
- Schedule and conduct department meetings.
- Communicate with The President and the CEO on Department operations.
- Identifying market trend and opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Develop and establish new accounts and capture profitable businesses from clients
- Build up and maintain relationship with all related parties to ensure / sustain business growth
- Gather, analyze and translate information from customers, channel partners, sales and product management to establish forecast in units for division
- Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts
- Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery
- Provide general information relating to Brand's products
- Handle customer inquiries and solving problems of customers concerning products and services
- To visit every domestic store and coach store staffs
- To make reports to the managements after store visiting.
- To plan and execute the training for store staffs.
- To support preparations to open the direct managed store/factories in other countries (if any).
- To contact with Japanese media and magazine and care for the shooting at a store and making the articles.
- Per request, to translate the documents such as technical documents from workshop.
- Be a member of translation pool that, in near future, will support translation from all functions in Thailand and other zones.
- Follow-up and co-ordinate with related departments to solve customer's problem
- Regular reporting keeping management appraised of performance versus plan is in place.
- Perform other related duties as required or any assignments such as new projects, etc.
【Qualification】
- Male or Female, Thai Nationality
- Age over 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 5 years experience in coaching, training, sales & marketing, and customer service
- Proficiency in MS. Office, Internet.
- Diligent, honest, responsible through good negotiation skill.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and relationships at multiple locations
- Ability to direct and lead cross-functional process improvement. Be in constant contact with a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytic capabilities.
- Good presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
- An efficient team player with strong business acumen, effective problem solving, organizing and leadership skills
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, aggressive and attentive to details
- Excellent communication English and Japanese and interpersonal skills with strong ability to build rapport with customers and vendors

Language Skills:
- Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
