【Job Description】
- Reply customer claims ( CAR report , countermeasures report)
- Customer’s question or requirement , must understand customer capability and process , we able explain or advise all process to customers
- Audit for new & current customers , can explain to them
- Improvement NG in process ( work together with customer factory)

【Qualification】
- Male or Female
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or related field.
- At least 1-2 year experiences to work in Manufacturing of PCB or FPC / Project Sales
- Good communication skill in Japanese or English is acceptable
- Computer skills in MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCad , e-mail.
- Able to work in oversea and up-country
