【Job Description】
- Planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Quotation preparation, aggregation, management, and analysis.
- Price negotiations and contract management.
- Handling and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Developing new customers and market analysis.
- Coordination with internal teams (e.g., production management, quality control).
- Setting and achieving sales targets.
- Sales activities such as attending exhibitions and customer visits.
- IATF compliance, improvement, and KPI management.
- Audit support.
- Any other related jobs
*Company car with driver provided
*Main service areas: Chonburi, Rayong, Samut Prakan, Bangkok, Ayutthaya industrial zones, and overseas (India, Europe, Malaysia, etc.)
*Frequency: 1–2 days per week.
【Qualification】
Must:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, etc.).
- Experience: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience (Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred).
- Languages: Japanese (N3 or higher), English (Business level: TOEIC 700 or above).
- Quotation preparation and cost calculation.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Sales experience with Japanese and local companies in Thailand.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
- Experience in the automotive parts or electronics industry.
- Experience related to press manufacturing.

- A bright and always positive thinker who can build good relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Someone who can negotiate confidently with English-speaking customers.
