【Job Description】
- Selling products related to construction materials / building materials.
- Seeking new potential clients (Architect, Designer, Developer, Distributor, Relate sub construction).
- Maintain relation of existing clients and support requirement.
- Suggestion idea for expand market and make connection with relate clients
- Do everyday report in Salesforce system.
- Support on site with clients (case by case).
- Any assigned task.

【Qualification】
- Only Female with good personality.
- Age around 30-40 years old. * Only candidates 30 years of age or above are required.
- Sales experience over 5 years.
- Have negotiation skills or experience in work related to negotiation.
- Experience in the construction field will be an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) or English (TOEIC score of 700 or equivalent)
- Have negotiation skills or experience in work related to negotiation.
- Self-motivation, team player, positive thinking, self-learning, service mind.
- Good health and free from any chronic illnesses.
- If possible can start working immediately or within 1 month.
- Able to go business trip at upcountry such as Phuket, Chieng Mai etc. (once a month, 2-3 days per 1 time)
- Having a personal car or driving skills is not required. (Can be arranged via BTS or Grab Taxi.)

【Allowance & Benefit】
Probation 119 days
