【Job Description】
- Manage Module development projects to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with engineers, and all stakeholders to gather requirements and define module specifications.
- Coordinate between departments, including suppliers and partners.
- Risk Management and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Control project budgets and report project status to management.
- Promote process improvement, teamwork, and ongoing efficiency enhancements.
- Promote the growth of the team and member.

【Qualification】
- English skill: Communicate with supplier
- Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Major)
- Proven ability and experience in project management, particularly in product developmenｔ at least 3 years.
- Understanding of Design for Manufacturing processes and analysis methods such as FMEA or DRBFM.
- Basic knowledge of Unit (Refrigerant cycle) for air-conditioner and electrical appliance design. (Chassi if any)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team to work effectively together.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills at the executive leve
- Understanding of Modular design method which can optimize DTC between raw material and manufaturing.
- Understanding of air conditioning systems or the HVAC industry.
